Trail Archives

Welcome to my trail archives! I’ve documented some of the mountain trails I’ve visited and separated each into guides and blogs. As a hiker myself, I understand the desire to climb or hike somewhere but not having enough confidence to do so. The factor that hinders me the most when hiking a mountain for the first time is the availability of information. When planning to hike, I ask people who’ve been there (if available) and watch YouTube videos. But I often wonder about the things I should expect, what I need to bring with me, whether I’m ready for the hike, and what other people’s experiences have been.

To date, I still struggle to find the information I need. Hiking a mountain for the first time still scares me. So, I’ve devoted myself in creating this website to encourage more people to hike and appreciate the allure of nature.

HIKING GUIDE

READ

Welcome to the development phase of my trail guides. As an avid hiker, I understand the importance of detailed and accurate guides. That’s why I’m tirelessly working on crafting the perfect template for these guides. The process is ongoing, and I appreciate your patience as I fine-tune the details.

I chose to call this section “Trail Guides” instead of “Mountain Guides” for a specific reason. When hiking, one often encounters a multitude of trails, each presenting unique challenges and beauties. These trails may be part of a single mountain or may traverse across multiple mountains. Therefore, the term “Trail Guides” is more encompassing and accurate for what I aim to provide.

Your feedback and observations are valuable in this process. If you have any suggestions to improve the guides, or if you spot any inaccuracies, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can send me a message on my social media platforms. Together, we can make these guides an invaluable resource for all hikers.

Journals – in the works

Sometimes the details we see on paper are often not enough. We can get specific information like distance and elevation which is might not be valuable for others . We hike to gain experience, to heal, to socialize, and to feel better. I’m a sentimental hiker, and I often try to remember how I felt during a hike and overall how it was for me. Sometimes it just helps to ask for the experience first before the specifics. And that’s what I want to share here.

So, in this section, you’ll find my personal hiking journals. These are not just summaries of the trails but also narratives of my experiences. From the breathtaking views, the unexpected wildlife encounters, to the challenging weather conditions, I recount them all. I’ll be sharing the emotions that washed over me as I reached the peak, the camaraderie I felt with my fellow hikers, and the deep appreciation for nature that continues to grow with each hike.

It is my hope that these journals will not only provide you with practical information but also inspire and encourage you to start on your own hiking adventures. Whether you’re an experienced hiker or a beginner, there’s always something new to discover on the trails.
